Cancellations: Early Departures and/or Inclement Weather Cancellations: Sorry, neither are refundable nor transferable to any other dates or persons. There are no refunds or changes on one-night bookings & gift certificates.. If you cancel prior to 15 days of your scheduled arrival, a $35 administrative fee will be charged for each room reserved. If you cancel within 15 days of your scheduled arrival, a one-night fee (per room) will be charged. If you cancel within three days of your scheduled arrival, the entire reservation will be charged to your account. Management is not responsible for inclement weather, health issues early departures or for any other reason beyond our control. Refunds are at Innkeeper's discretion based on re-rental of room.
